 Please fill out and return the form below by Tuesday 25th November, to indicate your child’s attendance over the Christmas period.

Our Fees, Terms and Holiday policy can be found here.

If we have not received the form by the due date, we will assume that your child is absent over the Christmas / New Year period, and will not have a space available for them during this time. If you have any holiday leave remaining it will be credited for these weeks.
