Centre opening hours are 7.30am-5.15pm.  Our minimum enrolment is 2 days per week, with 7 hours per day required.  Regular days are a maximum attendance of 8.5 hours per day, for enrolments exceeding 8.5 hours, long day fees apply. 

To qualify for the 3–5-year-old fee structure Playhouse must be receiving the 20 hours ECE funding, otherwise the ‘Under 3 fee structure applies.

Fees will be charged for all booked hours, whether attended or not.  This includes public holidays (these have already been taken into account when setting our fee structure), children who are sick or any centre closure due to an emergency or situation out of our control. We are unable to offer make-up days.

Please be aware that a $10 per 10 minutes (or part thereof) ‘out of hours’ fee applies for children who attend outside of their 8.5 hour maximum (unless already on long day fee structure) or before 8.30am or after 3.30pm (for ‘School Day’ children) and for any children still here after 5:15pm. These late fees will be billed to your account.

To keep things easy and hassle free for our families, Playhouse can provide nappies and wipes at a cost of $2.50 per child, per day in addition to the fees above.

Fees are to be paid 1 week in advance at all times by online payment. Our bank account and payment information can be found on the bottom of your child’s invoice/statement.  A 10% late fee payment penalty will be applied weekly to any outstanding balances.
